"Being in Sedona has given me greater opportunities to pursue my first love in painting – plein air... When I look at the unbelievable beauty of our landscape, I just want to try to convey to the viewer the same absolute reverence. Our precious water is a recurring theme of mine also…" Linda attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and has been juried into many professional art shows including three national shows in 2006: West Coast Pastel Society, Maryland Pastel Society, and the Pastel Society of New Mexico. She won the Pastel Society of New Mexico's award at the August 2006 Plein Air New Mexico paint out. She has also won and placed in numerous Arizona shows.
